Are the shoes from this diaper commercial that i saw on tv real?

There is a man running with red shoes that have wings on them to catch his baby in this commercial i saw on tv and i wanted to know if the shoes were real and if so, where i could find a pair to buy them.

2. haha i saw those shoes and thre pretty kick @$$ i doubt they sell those shoes you could check ebay but i doubt huggies the diaper brand would sell them=D
